Blancpain adds to Villeret collection
Blancpain Villeret Collection
Villeret, the village of Blancpain’s birth, lends its name to the most classical of its collections. Anchored in tradition, these models personify the brand’s roots and embody their initial aesthetic choices. Their sleek lines, the clarity of their dials and the finesse of their double-stepped cases express the essential with timeless elegance. Blancpain subtly and constantly reinterprets this collection, which has a contemporary aspect while preserving its emblematic aesthetic codes
Blancpain Villeret GMT Date
The watch – available in 18K red gold or steel – is easy to read. Local time – to which the date is linked – appears in the foreground on a raised chapter ring with traditional Roman numerals; the reference time is indicated using a 24-hour scale, with separate hands for the two time zones. The watch is powered by the in-house 5A50 self-winding movement with a four-day power reserve and a silicon hairspring.
Blancpain Villeret Women Date
The 33.2 mm watch, available in steel with a white dial or red gold with an opaline dial, is set with 48 brilliant-cut diamonds. Blancpain also offers non-set versions; the four watches come with either an alligator strap or a mille mailles bracelet, and can also be purchased with a kit of five interchangeable wristbands. This timepiece is powered by the 1151 movement, with a four-day power reserve and a silicon balance-spring.
Blancpain Villeret Collection: Extra-plate
The Villeret Extra-plate, now even thinner at 7.40 mm, houses the hand-wound 11A4B Manufacture movement, with four days of autonomy and a power-reserve indicator on the back. The 40 mm watch is available in 18-carat red gold with an opaline dial and brown alligator strap, or in a steel case with a white dial and black alligator strap. A mille mailles mesh-type bracelet corresponding to the case material is also available.
