The idea of engraving at ARMIN STROM first came in 1967 when the founder expanded his business from simply selling and repairing wristwatches to creating his own designs in the backroom. His first masterpiece was a gold pocket watch, with a hand-engraved dial in polished blue lapis lazuli.  Initially just trading from his shop, Armin Strom expanded his business by presenting his pieces at the internationally-renowned Baselworld Watch and Jewellery Fair in 1984; Strom’s success only sky-rocketed from there.
