MB&F M.A.D. Gallery hosts Damien Benetea’s «Optical Variations»

The renowned MB&F M.A.D. Gallery played host to “Optical Variations”, an exhibit by French artist Damien Bénéteau, featuring four of his illuminated, hypnotising monochromatic creations. The exhibition presented the notions of time, space and impalpable forces as the artist explored the cyclical nature of light moving across and through objects. In three of his installations for the M.A.D. Gallery, the French artist played with pendulums, pairing their oscillating movement with light to create a trio of mesmerising phenomena. The exhibition featured his works “Spatial Variations”, “Circular Variations” and “Sphérolithe” that were available in a limited edition of three pieces while the “Length Variations” was available in limited edition of seven pieces.
