The new collections from OMEGA this year play with colours, bright and pale. While the Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M see a vivid splash of colours in its 38 mm and 34 mm editions, the Constellation Aventurine collection places colourful aventurine at its centre, and Constellation 41 mm celebrates new colours
Seamaster Aqua Terra 150 M
The new collection is all about colour, with a range of new dial shades that track a smooth transition from Aqua to Terra. Fans can choose larger-sized models in 38 mm, with dials in Atlantic Blue, Bay Green, Sandstone, Saffron and Terracotta. Or 34 mm editions with dials in Sea Blue, Lagoon Green, Sandstone, Shell Pink and Lavender. The beautiful new dials, fashioned from brass, are sun-brushed from the centre, with rhodium-plated hands and indexes on the 38 mm models and 18K white gold hands and indexes on the 34 mm editions. All models are cased in fully polished stainless steel and fixed to the wrist by bracelets, which have been beautifully redesigned with rounded links. Providing the power is OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8800.
Constellation Aventurine
These extraordinary 29 mm models have dials made from natural Aventurine stone, meaning no two dials are ever alike. There are twelve new editions, in stainless steel and 18K Sedna Gold – or full Sedna Gold for purists – all with natural Aventurine stone dials in either green, red or blue. Fans can choose bezels paved with diamonds or engraved with Roman numerals. Replacing the famous mono-rang bracelet are leather straps in colours to match the dial. The driving force behind the natural dials is OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8700 – or 8701 for the all-gold models. The trio have diamond set bezels, skeletonised hour and minute hands and dial-matching leather straps in shimmering blue, red with glittered scale lines or green. Providing the power is OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer calibre 8701, visible through the domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.
Constellation 41 mm
The new models for 2022 in the Constellation family include 41 mm models with ceramic bezel rings and beautiful new dials in white, rhodium-grey, gradient-green, and burgundy. Materials on offer are stainless steel, stainless steel and 18K yellow gold, and stainless steel and 18K Sedna Gold. Ceramic bezels in polished blue, black or brown, display Roman numerals filled with white enamel or OMEGA Ceragold, depending on the model. All watches have a matching, coloured leather strap with rubber lining. OMEGA’s Co-Axial Master Chronometer Calibre 8900 provides the power. The stainless steel model has a white ceramic dial, blue ceramic bezel and Roman numerals filled with Grand Feu white enamel. A stylish leather strap with rubber lining ensures a comfortable fit.
