A festive collection from Chopard
Haute horlogerie and joaillerie maison Chopard is back for the winter festive season with numerous complications for the gentlemen and stunning bejewelled timepieces for the ladies, as well as beautiful jewellery and accessories for both men and women. We offer you a sneak peek at their latest offerings
Alpine Eagle
Contemporary, refined and assertive, the Alpine Eagle sports chic timepiece collection is a state-of-the-art reinterpretation of the St. Moritz, the first watch created in 1980 by Karl-Friedrich Scheufele, now Co-President of Chopard. Imagined and personally designed by him, Alpine Eagle is driven by his passion for the Alps and by the lofty power of the eagle that reigns supreme there. Crafted from an exclusive, ultra-resistant and light-reflecting metal named Lucent Steel, the 41 mm-diameter model adorned with an Aletsch Blue dial beats to the rhythm of the Chopard 01.01-C chronometer-certified movement with a 60-hour power reserve, visible through a transparent sapphire crystal back. Bearing testament to Chopard’s ethical approach, the Lucent Steel is 80% made from recycled elements. Alpine Eagle is dedicated to contemporary eagles, the aspiring men who outperform in their daily lives and whose vision inspires and elevates. With foresight and determination, they act on the challenges of tomorrow and are innately aware of the importance of environmental issues.
Alpine Eagle Frozen
Alpine Eagle Frozen – a timepiece inspired by Alpine glaciers – is presented in ethical 18-carat white gold set with multi-coloured sapphires. Drawing inspiration from the splendour of Alpine landscapes, Chopard’s iconic sporty-chic collection welcomes a new Alpine Eagle Frozen timepiece. Thanks to its rich gem-setting, this horological masterpiece with diamond-paved dials and bezels adorned with multi-coloured sapphires evokes the ephemeral beauty of the shimmering rainbow effect produced by the sun’s reflection on ice. True to the Manufacture’s commitment to sustainable luxury, this 41- mm-diameter model is crafted in ethical 18-carat white gold. The Maison’s technical expertise is embodied in the Chopard 01.03-C self-winding movement endowed with a 60-hour power reserve. From gold smelting to bracelet production, including gem-setting, component manufacture and movement assembly, all stages in the production of the collection are performed by Chopard’s Artisans of Emotion.
L.U.C Full Strike Sapphire
Featuring a complication that has become Chopard Manufacture’s field of horological excellence, the emblematic L.U.C Full Strike minute repeater is available in a new exclusive limited edition in blue sapphire limited to five-pieces. In addition to the gongs of the L.U.C 08.01-L chronometer-certified calibre, the entire case, crown, and dial of this new L.U.C Full Strike Sapphire model are cut from blocks of sapphire. Measuring 42.5 mm in diameter and featuring a totally transparent intense blue colour resulting from subtly dosed chromium and rare earth elements, it offers a 360-degree view of a movement with exceptional finishes. This entire horological prodigy bears the Poinçon de Genève quality hallmark. The acoustic richness of its chime achieves an exceptional level of quality, while perfect homogeneity makes it an unparalleled timepiece combining a stunning conceptual challenge with supremely accomplished execution.
Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph
Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph is now available in Lucent Steel, with the new design of this celebrated racing watch further pushing competitive limits. Chopard’s Mille Miglia collection welcomes a new design with the Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph model. It adopts a 40.5 mm case in Chopard’s exclusive Lucent Steel made with a recycling rate of at least 80%; an ultra-legible dial in a Nero Corsa colour inspired by automotive bodywork and a superb ‘glass box’ crystal for a magnificently retro look. Competitive spirit and sense of camaraderie; energy and dynamism; speed and style – such are the attributes epitomising Italy’s celebrated 1000 Miglia Italian classic car race that Chopard has been annually expressing for the past 35 years through the watches of the Mille Miglia collection. During the heat of competition, racers will appreciate the 4 Hz frequency of the movement, the stop-second function, a tachymeter scale as well as the layout of the three 12-hour, 30-minute and small seconds sub-dials.

HAPPY SPORT
Lucent Steel with Midnight Purple dial
Chopard’s iconic Happy Sport once again achieves a stunning first with the launch of a bold colour named Midnight Purple in reference to the sun’s rosy reflections painted across the sky as the night edges towards dawn. This Happy Sport comes in the Manufacture’s optimally comfortable 33 mm-diameter case in Lucent Steel. By using the golden ratio principles of aesthetic harmony in direct relation to the diameter of the Chopard 09.01-C movement with automatic winding, this dainty size is perfectly suited to the female wrist. Changing colour seemingly as one observes it, this magnificent guilloché work of art offers a skilful play on light as its signature dancing diamonds twirl in a never-ending disco-infused dance and is flawlessly finished with bluish-purple alligator leather strap.
Lucent Steel with Mint Green dial
Staging a mesmerising show thanks to the playful whirl of the legendary dancing diamonds, Happy Sport is now available in a Lucent Steel case with 30 and 36 mm diameters – adorned with an infinitely regenerating fresh mint green dial.
Happy Sport Laguna Verde
Happy Sport is available now in ethical 18-carat white gold set with diamonds, sapphires and emeralds, wherein dancing diamonds offer a plunge into the shimmering waters of Laguna Verde. Bearing ultimate testament to the watchmaking and jewellery expertise of the Chopard workshops, the Happy Sport collection welcomes a new jewellery timepiece measuring 36 millimetres in diameter. The Happy Sport Laguna Verde model is crafted in ethical 18-carat white gold and set with precious stones combined in a delightful gradient of green and blue tones inspired by the colours of South America’s famous Laguna Verde. The virtuosity of the Manufacture’s gem-setters is displayed on the bezel and hour-markers adorned with sapphires and emeralds: a splendid and unprecedented setting for the legendary ballet of dancing diamonds characterising the collection. Beneath the blue mother-of-pearl dial with its finely guilloché centre beats a high-precision self-winding movement that offers a comfortable 42-hour power reserve.
L’HEURE DU DIAMANT
L’Heure du Diamant watch
The L’Heure du Diamant collection sums up the wealth of skills cultivated within Chopard, by artisans ranging from master watchmakers to gem-setters. It is reinvented in a new watch with an oval-shaped case fashioned from ethical 18-carat white or rose gold, graced with a textured mother-of-pearl dial, and rimmed with diamonds. Beating to the rhythm of a mechanical hand-wound movement, these timepieces bear within them the genius of expertise patiently nurtured through the years by Chopard’s Artisans of Emotion.
