A panther from Cartier prowls into Qatar
A watch that doubles as a piece of jewellery, Panthère de Cartier is one of the most distinctive Cartier designs, and now it prowls into region to celebrate Qatar’s National Day…
Adorned in gold, diamonds, and exquisite gemstones, the Panthère de Cartier is a staple for a woman who never goes unnoticed. With the Panthère watch, Cartier aspires for clean lines, without losing a creative, linear softness, making this timepiece a quintessential jewellery watch. The watch takes its name from the bracelet. Its ultra-flexible structure echoes the movements of the maison’s emblematic animal.
When it was launched in 1983, the Panthère watch introduced the concept of a jewellery watch. This best-selling watch was embraced by the fun-loving 80s, proving particularly popular with the art scene. Constantly reinvented, the instantly recognisable Panthère de Cartier watch naturally fits around the wrist, whatever its version.

The exclusive watch is available in the Villaggio and Katara Boutiques.
Cartier has maintained a deep-rooted connection to the Middle East since 1912, when Jacques Cartier first visited the region looking for exquisite pearls. He discovered, in addition, relationships and aesthetic inspirations that have been interwoven within the design philosophy of the maison ever since.
