Avenue Matignon welcomes Richard Mille
Richard Mille has chosen to pay tribute to its female clientele by opening a prestigious new boutique on Paris’ finest and most prestigious avenues
Paris is renowned for its art galleries, elegant cafes and romantic ambiance. Each year thousands of visitors flock to the capital to sample the luxury products on offer throughout the heart of the city. It is this bustling location that has been chosen as Richard Mille’s latest stamping ground for its contemporary boutique, which can be found at 17 Avenue Matignon.
Peter Harrison, CEO of Richard Mille Europe Middle East and Africa comments: “We are delighted to be opening our new boutique in Avenue Matignon, a location that is internationally renowned for luxury and creativity. This boutique is the biggest to date in Europe and will present our clients space in which to fully experience the brand in a relaxed environment.”
Designed by Mélanie Monceyron, the large 200 m2 boutique boasts curved lines in the ceiling and walls as well as the dark wooden path that cuts through the space. Macassar ebony display cases highlight some of the 80 models that call the store home, whilst strategic placed lighting allows a bluish glow to radiate in panels dotted around the vast floor plan. The subtle interplay continues in the private salon, where the silky softness of a cream hue perfectly complements the walls of the magnificent cellar, which contain 60 prestigious drinks and a rare cigar collection, giving the visitor the exquisite feeling of being utterly at home.
