Chopard is extending its historic partnership with the Mille Miglia to supporting the first edition of the Mille Miglia Green, with all-electric vehicles, along with hybrid models and authentic vintage cars
This new race from Brescia to Lainate via Milan involves various all-electric vehicles, along with hybrid models and authentic vintage cars equipped with an electric engine block. It reflects Chopard’s ethical commitment and shows that it is possible to unite its passion for automobiles and its Journey to Sustainable Luxury within the same dynamic.
Actively associated since 1988 with Mille Miglia, Chopard has now chosen to accompany its new spin-off races. The Mille Miglia Green held from September 27 to 29 is the first-ever responsible and environmentally friendly endurance race. Chopard as partner and official timekeeper of the event was present on the starting line in Brescia for the first leg of this race, which featured 35 vehicles with electric or hybrid engines.
At the finish on the Lainate circuit, GianMaria Aghem et Rossella Conti, the winners of the competition driving a Tesla Model 3 Performance, were each presented with a Chopard Mille Miglia Racing Colours timepiece – naturally featuring a green dial.
