Complicated chronographs from Bell & Ross

Bell & Ross creates instrument watches inspired by aeronautical tools and aimed at professionals. With the BR 03-94 Multimeter, Bell & Ross shows the high potential of the chronograph complication and its involvement in sport. The BR 03-94 Multimeter is aimed at all athletes involved in racing. It is designed to give as much information as possible concerning their physical activity. The marque also debuted the BR 05 Chrono Edición Limitada: the third piece in its Edición Limitada collection. More urban in design, this modern, technical watch features the Edición Limitada warm finish that is created with a brown dial and gold case.

BR 03-94 Multimeter
A “circle within a square” evoking a cockpit clock, this 42 mm watch is suitable for everyday use. Two additional dial counters complete the chronograph indication. The one at 9 o’clock indicates the timer minutes, while the 3 o’clock one displays the permanent seconds. The double-weighted hands compensate for the absence of indexes. The timepiece displays the hour and minutes by central hands and the date in an aperture. Its 60-minute chrono scale is located on the flange, while the matt black ceramic case contrasts with its eye-catching dial. The pulsometer scale – on the dial’s right – is in orange. The asthmometric scale – also on the dial’s right – is bottle green. The three tachymeter scales opt for pale green, light grey, and white, and run over the entire dial.

BR 05 Chrono Edición Limitada
The elegant BR 05 Chrono Edición Limitada chronograph echoes the spirit of the previous Edición Limitada. With its rounded square corners and 42mm case, the chronograph evokes the Robusto cigar, while its colour code of brown, pink and deep red evoke the Maduro cigar, and the matte brown dial evokes the tobacco leaf. Gold covers the outside of the chronograph counters, while the red of cigar bands is on the stopwatch hands. The Edición Limitada inscription on the dial is written in red and in Spanish. The two stopwatch hands are dressed in red. The large central hand measures the seconds, while the small hand on the counter at 9 o’clock measures the stopwatch minutes. The timepiece houses a self-winding BR-CAL301 movement. The counter at nine o’clock indicates the chronograph minutes. The counter at three o’clock displays the small seconds. The date is displayed in a discreet window between 4 and 5 o’clock. The watch is sold with a choice of a brown rubber strap or a 4N rose gold and steel.
