De Bethune Award conferred on Charlotte Therre

The second edition of the “De Bethune Award” took place on September 4, 2020, in Lausanne, Switzerland. Awarded to a graduate of Ecole Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne’s, “Master of Advanced Studies in Design for Luxury & Craftsmanship” programme in recognition for their art, work and passion, the award comprises a cash prize and mentoring to support the recipient’s journey. The winner this year was Charlotte Therre for her work entitled Coppia – a family of sophisticated and delicate gold jewellery that plays off shapes and lines to achieve balanced compositions. Denis Flageollet, Founder of De Bethune, was touched by Charlotte’s ability to understand the material, enhance it, and work it.
