Dior debuts limited editions of Etoile des Vents

This year Victoire De Castellane reinvents the iconic Rose des Vents motif with the new chapter Etoile des Vents, as the embodiment of two icons of the Maison – the wind rose of Granville and Christian Dior’s lucky star
This precious star is to be found in the new La D de Dior Timepieces as well as in all Rose des Vents jewellery novelties. The two new editions are housed in a 38mm pink gold case that features a bezel set with 64 round-cut diamonds (1.28 ct), anti-reflective sapphire crystal glass and a pink gold crown set with 10 round-cut diamonds (0.06 ct).
While one edition boasts a malachite dial, the other showcases an ethereal mother-of-pearl dial. The dials of both editions are adorned with pink gold stars set with 48 round-cut diamonds (0.28 ct); polished Dauphine hands in pink gold, with an applied pink gold ‘Dior’ logo. Showing the hours and minutes, the timepieces are water-resistant to 30 metres. Both editions are offered on a black satin strap with a pink gold pin buckle set with 26 diamonds (0.26 ct). Each watch is adorned with a total of 168 diamonds, approximating 1.83 carats, of IF, VVS, FG quality.
