Harry Winston adds lustre to the Emmys

The House of Harry Winston Diamonds dominated the Emmys, as a number of fashionistas and A-listers chose the brand’s offerings to complete their glittering persona

The Annual Primetime Emmy Awards, which honours the best of US prime time television, is an event full of glamour and dazzle and this year’s edition, which took place at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California, was no exception. Upping the glamour quotient was the fact that the offerings from the Harry Winston Diamonds were the accessories of choice for a number of stars.

Viola Davis, who was nominated for Lead Actress in a Drama award, wore Winston Cluster Diamond Chandelier Earrings, 16.39 carats, set in platinum; Secret Combination Diamond Bracelet, 68.75 carats, set in platinum; and Traffic Diamond Ring, 1.43 carats, set in platinum, to set off her bright pink gown.

Kristen Bell, one of the award presenters of the day, was stunning in a billowing outfit with a plunging neckline. She set off her colourful fall-themed gown with Harry Winston jewellery –  a pair of Chandelier Diamond Earrings, 9.2 carats, set in platinum; a Marquise Cluster Diamond Bracelet, 44.35 carats, set in platinum; a Round Brilliant Diamond Ring, 3.69 carats, set in platinum; and a Diamond Band Ring, 1.04 carats, set in platinum.

Michelle Dockery, who was also an award presenter, went for the classic white-and-black look. The Downton Abbey actress glammed up her stark look with Winston Cluster Diamond Earrings, 14.74 carats, set in platinum; a Sunflower Diamond Twin Ring, 1.96 carats, set in platinum; a Diamond Band Ring, 1.63 carats, set in platinum; and a Sparkling Cluster Diamond Ring, 2.33 carats, set in platinum.

Husband and wife duo – Brittany Lopez and Christian Slater – chose to go with Harry Winston creations. While husband Christian Slater accessorised with a Harry Winston Midnight Monochrome 42mm Automatic Timepiece in 18k white gold; and Zalium Diamond Cufflinks, wife Brittany’s choice of Lotus Cluster Diamond Earrings, 2.34 carats, set in platinum; Art Deco Diamond Bracelet, 6.7 carats, set in platinum; Lotus Cluster Diamond Ring, 1.25 carats, set in platinum; and Carpet Diamond Ring, 7.49 carats, set in platinum, to offset her gorgeous royal blue outfit was an excellent one.
