HYT’s timepiece wins Excellence in Innovation award

To celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2022, HYT unveiled the Moon Runner Supernova Blue – a watch that perceives the phases of the Moon in a new manner. Presented in shades of blue, Earth’s satellite, large and voluminous, appears at the centre of the watch; the suspended bridge allows a circular display around its perimeter. Two titanium indicator discs show the days and months, with a large minute hand and markers every 5 minutes – and, as always, the retrograde hours materialised by HYT’s patented meca-fluidic technology. This timepiece won the 1st Excellence in Innovation Award at the 13th edition of the prestigious ‘Masters of Time’ ceremony organised by DFS Group in Macau on December 3, which saw 330 watches from 40 of the most prestigious watchmaking brands compete.
