Istanbul Jewelry Show records 32,000 visitors
The largest-ever Istanbul Jewelry Show, held in March 2023, welcomed 32,000 visitors from 149 countries
Istanbul Jewelry Show held by Informa Markets from March 16 to 19, 2023, under the sponsorship of Elmas Kule brought together the representatives of the jewellery sector from five corners of the world in Istanbul Expo Center. The products and services of 1,500 companies and brands from 10 countries were presented to the nearly 32,000 sector professionals in the show – the largest ever till date.
The business networks held during the show marked the raising of the bar of Turkish jewellery exports this year and gained impetus to global exports of the sector. Compared to the show held in March 2022, the number of international visitors increased by 17 percent in March 2023. 29 percent of the show visitors were buyers from abroad.
Compared to the show held in March 2022, the number of international visitors increased by 17 percent; while the number of visitors from Asian countries increased by 55 percent, those coming from Russia and CIS countries increased by 55 percent and from European countries rose by 45 percent, with visitors from the United States of America increasing by 23 percent.
