IWC Schaffhausen celebrates 75th anniversary of “Blue Angels”

IWC Schaffhausen congratulated the “Blue Angels” US Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron on their 75^th anniversary. Since 1946, the Blue Angels have been showcasing the pride and professionalism of the US Navy and Marine Corps through flight demonstrations and community outreach. The Blue Angels invited Glen Powell – American actor and new IWC ambassador – to fly in the back seat of their #4 jet, where he experienced high-speed fly-bys and thrilling aerobatic manoeuvres. Powell also visited the National Naval Aviation Museum, one of the world’s largest aviation museums. To celebrate this anniversary, IWC has released the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Edition “Blue Angels” with a case made of stunning blue ceramic.
