The April 2024 edition of the Istanbul Jewelry Show hosted more than 30,000 visitors from 139 countries in an area of 70 thousand square metres
The 55th IJS (Istanbul Jewelry Show) organised by Informa Markets and sponsored by Elmas Kule, gathered the jewellery world at Istanbul Expo Center from April 17 to 20, 2024, under one roof. More than 1,500 brands from 16 countries including Türkiye exhibited. In the IJS Tech section of the fair, where the latest products, designs and collections, especially gold jewellery, jewellery, mountings, diamonds, precious stones, and silver, were showcased, the machinery, equipment and technologies that give life to jewellery were exhibited together.
Compared to the show held in March 2023, IJS April 2024 saw an 8 percent increase in the number of international visitors. Again, compared to the March 2023 show, the April 2024 show had an increase of 180 percent in the number of visitors from Far Asian countries, 68 percent from Northern European countries, 64 percent from Central Asian countries, 63 percent from Southeast Asian countries, 47 percent from Pacific countries, 32 percent from North Asian countries and 30 percent from Southern European countries.
The next edition of the IJS will be held on October 02-05, 2024.
