Pomellato hosted a highly memorable party recently at the Jara by Martin Berasategui in The Lana Hotel, Dorchester Collection, to celebrate the launch of its vibrant new Pom Pom Dot collection
Celebrities, influencers, local personalities, and friends of the brand gathered to get their first glimpse of the colourful new “button” jewels. With the Dubai skyline and the iconic Burj Khalifa as a spectacular backdrop, guests were welcomed at an outdoor oasis, enveloped by greenery and accented with golden touches.
VIP celebrity singer songwriter Marita Hallani, daughter of music star Assi El Hallani, performed a mesmerising fusion of contemporary and original songs throughout the evening. Several stylish celebrities were seen at the Pom Pom Dot event, elegantly accessorised in Pomellato’s bold yet infinitely wearable designs, including Dima Sheikhly, Kouloud Alali, Yasmine Zahran, Natasha Aris, Dana Hallani and DJ Hilde.
A modern reinterpretation of an iconic 1974 Pomellato necklace, Pom Pom Dot explores the historical meaning of the button as both functional accessory and talisman. Symbolising connection and protection, the versatile Pom Pom Dot collection is Pomellato’s first reversible jewel. One side features captivating hard stone – malachite, white mother-of-pearl, or grey mother-of-pearl. The other – a brilliant diamond pavé. Effortless to mix, match and layer, the collection’s pendants, bracelets, and earrings embody the understated elegance of Milan.
