Roger Dubuis marks Al Hilal partnership with limited edition timepiece
Roger Dubuis announced a new luxury alliance with Al Hilal Saudi FC, kicking off their partnership with the launch of a limited edition Excalibur Al Hilal to celebrate the club’s 60th anniversary
Swiss fine watchmaker Roger Dubuis and Saudi Arabia’s super club Al Hilal formalised their partnership with a signing ceremony in the Roger Dubuis boutique in Riyadh Kingdom Tower. Present on the occasion was Jean-Sébastien Berland, Roger Dubuis Regional Brand Director; Al Hilal management; as well as the football star of the Saudi Arabia national team and Al Hilal defender, Yasser Al Shahrani, who is now a newly appointed Friend of the Brand.
To mark the partnership, Roger Dubuis has developed a 60 piece limited-edition of the already iconic Excalibur Automatic – the Excalibur Al Hilal Edition, which will be available exclusively at the Roger Dubuis boutique in Riyadh with pre-orders available from now.
The Excalibur Al Hilal Edition timepiece features a 42 MM black titanium DLC case and bezel, and is powered by the in-house calibre RD830 that provides the watch with a small seconds and date window at 6 o’clock and a power reserve of 48 hours.
The boutique-exclusive piece features a blue dial, the Club logo, and the legend “60 year’s Anniversary” on the back of the sapphire glass. The watch is water-resistant to 30 M and comes on a black alligator leather strap punctuated with blue stitching in a nod to the official colors of the club.
