Ulysse Nardin anchors prime retail space
A stunning ceremony on the 29th of January 2015, marked the inauguration of luxury Swiss watch manufacture, Ulysse Nardin’s largest ever boutique opening
The brand and its exclusive retail partner in Dubai, Bin Hendi Enterprises started a new chapter as they officially cut the ribbon, or unknotted the rope in this case, to the brand’s largest and latest boutique in the world at the Dubai Mall. Partners for over two decades, Bin Hendi Enterprises and Ulysse Nardin welcomed the guests of honour, President of Bin Hendi Enterprises, Mr. Mohi-Din Bin Hendi and CEO of Ulysse Nardin, Mr. Patrik P. Hoffmann who presided over the milestone event.
Situated on the ground floor near Bloomingdales, the store front welcomes visitors with pristine polished glass windows, which reflect light onto the bespoke freestanding showcases inside. Each showcase boasts thrilling luxury masterpieces that invite guests further into the store. The interior of the boutique falls in line with the history of the brand, following a nautical theme that is light, airy and comforting. Spanning 240 sq. m, the boutique offers shoppers a private sitting area where consultations may be given regarding their choice of watch.
The launch of Ulysse Nardin’s boutique was held subsequent to the brand setting up its office in Dubai, along with another event that was held between the 28th and 31st of January at the Grand Atrium in Dubai Mall, where the exceptional musical marvel, the ‘Vivaldi’ timepiece was showcased in a first preview before it makes its official debut at the forthcoming watch fair, Basel World 2015 in March.
